  • nice to have: intermediate level of Power BI skills

There's 2 major components to this role:

  • support; resolve isssues, handle change requests, troubleshooting, sharepoint admin
  • projects: improving ITSM and project management tools (handled via sharepoint) and working on integration of these into sharepoint (process improvement) as well as supporting business projects based on SharePoint solutions
