As a Senior SharePoint Migration Lead, you will guide the migration initiatives for SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Your responsibilities include leading stakeholder workshops, managing the full migration lifecycle, and troubleshooting issues. Proven experience in conducting content inventories and executing migrations with ShareGate will be essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements definition • Conduct SharePoint inventories for migration assessments • Validate migrated content and manage UAT processes • Provide technical guidance to offshore resources • Document migration status and risks thoroughly
Requirements: • 8+ years of relevant SharePoint migration experience • Strong knowledge of ShareGate and SPMT • Skilled in Microsoft 365 environments • Proficient in PowerShell scripting • Experience coordinating offshore teams
