What you will be doing:

• Solution Development & Architecture:Design, build, and maintain modern SharePoint Online sites, pages, custom web parts, lists, libraries, forms, and workflows.

• Requirements & Consulting:Lead discovery sessions with business SMEs to gather, analyze, and refine project requirements. Guide partners toward realistic solutions aligned with native platform capabilities.

• Project Coordination & Delivery:Prioritize incoming feature requests and site creation demands across multiple competing initiatives to deliver maximum business value.

• Vendor & Team Collaboration:Partner with external managed service providers and internal functional application teams to coordinate technical deliverables and seamless handoffs.

• Adoption & Change Management:Support end-user adoption, functional documentation, and change enablement strategies to ensure consistent collaboration and document management practices.

What you must have:

• Extensive hands-on experience developing and configuringSharePoint Onlinesolutions (modern architecture, web parts, permissions, site templates, and information architecture).

• Proven project delivery and task coordination skills, with a track record of managing multiple concurrent priorities.

• Strong business analysis skills with experience leading requirements-gathering workshops and facilitating solution discussions.

• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience coordinating deliverables with external vendors and cross-functional IT/applications teams.

Salary/Rate: $75.00/hour
