SharePoint Online M365 Consultant

Design SharePoint Online solutions and Copilot agents as a hybrid M365 Consultant with Slalom, supporting client collaboration and knowledge retrieval.

As a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will develop modern sites, libraries, lists, pages, and navigation. You will also build custom components with SPFx, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph or REST APIs. The work connects Microsoft 365 services and enterprise data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions
• Build components using SPFx, Power Automate, and APIs
• Configure Copilot agents with SharePoint and other data sources
• Administer permissions, security groups, search, and term stores
• Support testing, deployment, training, and post-go-live activities

Requirements:

• Experience designing and administering SharePoint Online solutions
• Practical Power Platform experience, especially Power Automate
• Experience building or configuring Copilot or chatbot solutions
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance
• Strong client-facing communication and troubleshooting skills
