Site Delivery Manager We are looking for a Site Delivery Manager to join an international data center construction project in Lahti. In this key coordination role, you will oversee and drive the successful on-site delivery of complex technical systems from arrival through installation and commissioning phases.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with a strong electrical or mechanical background who enjoys working in an international project environment and coordinating multiple stakeholders toward a common goal.

About The Role As Site Delivery Manager, you will act as the on-site coordination owner for product delivery activities. Your responsibility is to ensure that equipment deliveries, installation activities, vendor coordination, commissioning support, and project milestones are executed according to plan.

You will work closely with the client, suppliers, subcontractors, project management teams, and commissioning stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Please note: This is a supervisory and coordination role. You will oversee and inspect the work performed by contractors and vendors but will not personally carry out installation, commissioning, lifting, operation, or maintenance activities.

Project Start: September-October 2026

Project Duration: Approximately 1-2 years

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate on-site delivery activities after equipment arrival

Support delivery planning, scheduling, and resource coordination

Participate in daily and weekly site meetings

Coordinate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors

Support equipment inspections and acceptance activities

Monitor installation and commissioning progress

Identify risks and escalation issues when required

Track project milestones and delivery performance

Collect and report site progress information to project management

Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities

Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives

We are looking for a technically capable coordinator who understands large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects and can confidently work with multiple stakeholders in a demanding construction environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related engineering discipline

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in at least one of the following areas:

Data centers

MEP projects

Power systems

Industrial facilities

Large infrastructure projects

Strong understanding of project delivery processes from design through commissioning

Ability to evaluate installation progress, delivery risks, and technical issues

Strong communication and coordination skills

Experience working with contractors and suppliers

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Fluent English language skills

Seen as an Advantage

Finnish language skills

Mandarin Chinese language skills

Experience in mission-critical infrastructure projects

Experience in data center construction projects

Familiarity with HVAC, electrical systems, power distribution, or prefabricated/modular solutions

International project experience
