Overview

In this Site Network Lead role within Radius Fuels, you will coordinate onboarding of service stations and oversee daily operations for UK Fuels and DCI networks. You’ll work with site owners, partners and senior stakeholders to drive network expansion, improve card acceptance, and ensure accurate site setup and data integrity. You will refine processes, manage communications, and support contractual coordination to enable efficient network operations and improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding of new site partners for the UK Fuels and DCI networks
  • Prepare, distribute, and store agreements using ESign and Summize
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and spreadsheets
  • Manage site network costs via Site Cost Matrix for accurate billing
  • Identify and address recurring acceptance, billing, or communication issues and implement preventative actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance site operations and customer experience
  • Act as central point of contact for UK and ROI teams to resolve site-related queries
  • Operate and manage site development ticketing system and shared inbox for inquiries
  • Liaise with network partners and operators to resolve issues and escalate when needed
  • Coordinate and procure signage requirements while monitoring expenditure
  • Manage creation and distribution of network updates/alerts using Force24
  • Maintain high data standards and timely delivery of duties
  • Support overall network maintenance and improvements
Key requirements
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Confident, professional communication over the phone with site partners
