Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer at a leading fintech SaaS provider, you will drive reliability and performance across the product suite. You will tune applications, tackle performance issues, extend operational procedures, and mentor junior engineers. You’ll adopt new tooling, review changes for performance impact, and coach teams on resilient, high-performance software. This role blends deep tech with a fast-moving, merit-based culture based in Wimbledon.

Responsibilities
  • Tune applications and investigate performance issues to improve reliability
  • Extend and improve technical operations procedures and mentor junior team members
  • Investigate, resolve, and mitigate performance-affecting events across the SAAS suite
  • Research and implement latest tooling and technologies
  • Review development changes for potential performance impact
  • Coach and support other teams to develop resilient, high-performance software
Key requirements
  • AWS / public cloud experience
  • Agile practices
  • Experience supporting high-velocity development
  • DevOps background with ability to investigate issues and implement stable solutions
  • Familiarity with .NET, Java or Python
