Site Reliability Engineer – AIOps & Observability

Currys Plc is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer for our Waterloo hybrid hub. This permanent, full-time role focuses on end-to-end availability, performance and resilience of customer-facing and core trading services.

You will embed with product teams, define SLIs/SLOs, automate toil, and drive reliability from design to operation. You will build Currys’ central AIOps platform, ingest telemetry, apply ML-assisted anomaly detection, automate runbooks, and integrate with ITSM and on-call tooling.
