Site Reliability Engineer CDN Operations

Own CDN and edge reliability at Tata Consultancy Services, using DNS, certificates, and monitoring to protect customer-facing production services.

This Site Reliability Engineer role focuses on CDN, DNS, SSL/TLS certificates, cache management, and web platform operations. You will strengthen observability, incident management, and production validation while supporting reliable content delivery. The position also connects release governance with operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CDN, edge configurations, DNS, certificates, and cache health
• Build synthetic monitoring from external networks
• Execute smoke testing during deployments
• Lead incident management for production issues
• Troubleshoot content visibility and cache invalidation failures

Requirements:

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Production Support
• Expertise with CDN technologies and DNS management
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS certificates and cache management
• Experience with observability and incident management
• Availability for on-call support rotations
