Overview

In this role you will help scale and stabilize a fintech SaaS product used by financial advisory teams. You will work across a growth-stage company to improve performance, reliability, and operational readiness, collaborating with cross-functional squads to implement modern tooling. You’ll mentor peers, refine practices, and ensure resilient software delivery as the product expands domestically and internationally. This is a hands-on, tech-forward opportunity to shape the reliability culture of a market-leading platform.

Responsibilities
  • Tune and optimize current applications to address performance issues
  • Extend and improve operations procedures; mentor junior teammates
  • Investigate and mitigate performance-related incidents affecting the SAAS suite
  • Research and adopt the latest tooling and technologies
  • Review changes for their impact on application performance
  • Coach and support other teams on building resilient, high-performance software
Key requirements
  • Public cloud experience with AWS
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices
  • Experience supporting high-velocity development
  • Background in DevOps with ability to diagnose and remediate issues
  • Familiarity with development languages such as .NET, Java or Python
  • Knowledge of Redis
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Database experience
  • Windows environment familiarity
  • Experience with automation/configuration tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible) and VMware
