Site Reliability Engineering Lead

This experienced Site Reliability Engineer Lead directs delivery, operation, modernization, and lifecycle management for cloud, database, analytics, and infrastructure platforms. You will lead multidisciplinary engineers while providing technical direction, architecture governance, program management, and stakeholder leadership. The work supports stable, secure, scalable, resilient, and compliant platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own roadmaps for cloud, database, analytics, and infrastructure platforms
• Drive modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and technical debt reduction
• Establish monitoring, performance, resiliency, and support practices
• Define platform standards, governance processes, and engineering patterns
• Coach, develop, hire, and onboard multidisciplinary engineering teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years in cloud, infrastructure, database, or platform engineering
• 3+ years leading engineering teams or large technology programs
• Enterprise-scale platform experience supporting mission-critical applications
• Strong cloud infrastructure, database, DevOps, and automation knowledge
• Experience delivering large-scale platform transformations in regulated environments
