Site Security Operations Lead

Lead site security operations at Securitas Canada using performance management, client engagement, and operational oversight. This is a Monday to Friday leadership assignment.

The Site Security Lead reports to the Regional Program Manager of Operations. You will liaise with client representatives, measure contract KPIs, mentor subordinate managers, and support compliance with financial performance projections. The position oversees security teams, contract requirements, training, and operational goals. Strong communication, technology, and customer service capabilities are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly operations goals
• Provide senior leadership updates through Salesforce reports and metrics
• Mentor managers and oversee direct-report performance
• Conduct quality assurance inspections across the assigned region
• Serve as regional contract liaison with client representatives

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of professional-level experience
• Experience developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff
• Strong verbal, written, and customer service communication skills
• Technological mastery of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and HRIS platforms
• Availability for emergency response by phone twenty-four hours, seven days
