Sleep Coach

Providing exceptional support to CPAP patients, the full-time Sleep Coach will engage in proactive and reactive outreach, educate patients on therapy usage, and troubleshoot equipment issues while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct proactive and reactive outreach to CPAP patients during their first year of therapy Educate and encourage patients through inbound and outbound calls, addressing troubleshooting needs Utilize software to review patient usage data and ensure coaching conversations are data-driven Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge and experience with patients diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) preferred Experience with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare)
