Small Business Relationship Manager Intern

Build small business relationships at RBC through financial advice, client acquisition, and portfolio management across regional Saskatchewan markets. Relocation is required.

As a Relationship Manager Intern, Business Markets, you will advise high value small business clients as they start, manage, and grow enterprises. You will represent RBC locally while developing business, deepening relationships, and collaborating with advisors and specialists. The position serves markets including North Battleford, Meadow Lake, Humboldt, Melfort, Nipawin, and Tisdale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire, grow, and deepen client relationships through tailored financial advice
• Contact clients, conduct discovery, and understand changing business needs
• Plan market activities and introduce clients to RBC partners
• Manage banking risks and develop appropriate action plans
• Promote RBC mobile and online applications across client channels

Requirements:

• Business development, prospecting, and client acquisition skills
• Ability to build Centres of Influence locally
• Proven exceptional client relationship management track record
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Credit knowledge or small business experience is an asset
