Overview

In this role you will design and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to improve client processes. You will establish governance for automation platforms and shape SharePoint architectures, enabling scalable information management. You’ll contribute to presales, develop PoCs, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-enabled transformation. This is a hands-on, client-facing position that blends consulting with engineering to drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Provide process-improvement solutions based on Power Platform technologies
  • Create and maintain SharePoint architecture standards and frameworks and address client questions and issues
  • Design baseline SharePoint information architecture (taxonomy and content types)
  • Act as Automation platform SME and establish governance for automation platforms
  • Involve in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation of business procedures
  • Develop process flows, forms, and server setup/configuration; share knowledge with in-house developers
  • Provide technical expertise to translate business requirements into automated solutions
  • Participate in presales activities and contribute to PoCs and related development
  • Deliver regular training sessions and mentor junior team members
Key requirements
  • Power Platform working knowledge (Power Apps and Power Automate)
  • Experience connecting to Azure data sources from Power Platform
  • Power BI and Power Automate for desktop a plus
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps
  • Ability to translate business processes into workflows using SharePoint, Power Platform and/or Nintex
  • Experience in Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Visual Studio, SQL Server)
  • Web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, XML, Web Services)
  • Delivery-focused with an Agile mindset
  • Strong sense of ownership and business accountability
  • Desirable: knowledge in SPFx, governance, and one JS framework (React/Angular); Python; Jira; Salesforce or Dynamics CRM
