Overview

In this role you join an established architecture team to design and improve the company’s main platform as it scales, ensuring a robust architecture that supports long-term growth. You focus on reliability and upgradability, collaborating with engineering teams to translate designs into action. You will bring development experience and guide others, helping the team understand and adopt architectural decisions. This is a meaningful chance to shape platform direction in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and improve the main platform architecture to support scaling
  • Ensure reliability and upgradability of the application structure
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement architectural designs
  • Proactively align architecture with business needs and growth plans
  • Mentor and help others understand architectural decisions
Key requirements
  • Development background, ideally in Python or Ruby
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS or GCP)
  • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Desire to educate and communicate solutions beyond building them
  • Effective communication
