As a Software Architect at Netcompany, you will shape solution architectures and guidance that enable impactful digital services. • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to run discovery and translate requirements into functional and non-functional specs
• Enable delivery and governance; collaborate with engineers to create roadmaps and define observability (metrics, logs, traces)
• Participate in design reviews and architecture review boards
• Shape and document solution architectures; produce target-state and integration designs aligned with industry best practices

• Experience designing or implementing distributed system architectures
• Experience as a technical architect or technical lead
