Software Architect

As an Architect for Systems or Software, you shape the end-to-end geospatial and satellite data solutions. You will translate goals into robust designs across the full lifecycle, ensuring security by design and alignment with government projects. You collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within an AGILE environment to deliver secure geospatial software for ISR applications. • Translate goals into architecture for geospatial solutions with a balance of performance, security, reliability and compliance
• Establish end-to-end traceability from requirements to design using MBSE (SysML/UML)
• Drive architectural vision through stakeholder engagement and information gathering
• Promote reuse and evolvability of components to meet future demands
• Collaborate in a multi-functional, AGILE team to deliver secure software products

• Experience designing architectures for complex systems in shared services, SOA or microservices environments
• Hands-on understanding of security by design and working under security/cybersecurity/compliance constraints
• Experience with agile/scrum development; willingness to contribute across the lifecycle
• Nice-to-have: AWS cloud services experience
• Awareness of government/MOD project contexts and ISR solutions
