Software Architect

As Software Architect at Netcompany, you will shape system architectures to meet real user needs and drive architectural decisions across internal and external partners. You’ll validate ideas with proofs of concept and ensure designs align with industry best practices. You’ll collaborate with business, technology stakeholders, and engineers to create roadmaps, establish observability, and participate in architecture reviews. • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to elicit requirements and translate them into functional and non‑functional specs
• Enable delivery and governance by working with engineers on roadmaps and observability requirements (metrics, logs, traces)
• Participate in design reviews and architecture review boards
• Shape, document, and deliver target-state and integration designs aligned with best practices

• Experience designing or implementing distributed system architectures
• Experience as a technical architect or technical lead
