Overview
You join a growing FinTech team building market-leading financial planning and modelling software. In this role you will tackle challenging problems, own features end-to-end, and work with a modern stack across cloud, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development. You’ll contribute to sophisticated financial software while continually sharpening your technical skills and taking on greater responsibility. Responsibilities- Build and maintain applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and Node.js
- Work across the stack with React, Node.js, MongoDB and Redis
- Develop and improve financial modelling applications
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerised environments
- Use modern AI development tools to support coding, refactoring and debugging
- Review AI-generated code for security, performance and quality
- Develop automated unit, integration and end-to-end tests
- Work closely with Product and business stakeholders
- Take ownership of technical problems through to resolution
- Strong commercial Node.js, TypeScript and JavaScript experience
- Full-stack experience with React and Node.js
- Experience with MongoDB, Redis or similar technologies
- Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and automated testing
- Understanding of modern software engineering and Agile development
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools would be highly beneficial
