Build C# and .NET applications with Geotab through flexible hybrid work, applying object-oriented design and test-driven development.

As a Software Developer, you will define, design, and implement applications for Geotab’s connected transportation platform. You will translate storyboards and use cases into functional software while applying security-driven development, unit testing, optimization, and multithreaded programming. Collaboration with development and technical teams will address functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, design, and implement new software applications
  • Translate storyboards and use cases into functional applications
  • Perform Test-Driven and Security-Driven Development
  • Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards
  • Analyze logs and performance data to troubleshoot bugs

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
  • One to three years of related experience
  • Experience using Linux, C#, and .NET
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design and multithreaded programming
  • Working knowledge of GCP, AWS, and/or Azure
