Overview

In this role you will develop sophisticated front-office UIs using C# and WPF to support real-time, high-performance trading. You’ll collaborate with traders and a global engineering team to translate requirements into robust solutions, delivering immediate impact on the trading desk. Based in London with some home working, you contribute to a mission-critical platform used for equities and options trading. This is a hands-on, senior developer position with opportunities to shape tech used by traders daily.

Responsibilities
  • Develop front-office UI components using C# and WPF
  • Support real-time, high-performance trading interfaces
  • Collaborate closely with traders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
  • Enhance and maintain the trading platform to meet evolving needs
  • Work with colleagues in New York and London as part of a global team
  • Engage with traders directly to understand impact and deliver value
  • Participate in code reviews and uphold software quality in a trading environment
Key requirements
  • Strong C# and WPF development experience
  • Experience working with traders in Front Office trading environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid CS fundamentals (OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures)
  • Degree educated in Computer Science or similar STEM discipline
