Software Developer Co-op Omniverse

Build Omniverse extensions with Python and C++ as a Software Developer Co-op at Eclipse Automation in Cambridge, Ontario, working on-site.

This full-time co-op supports Eclipse Automation’s digital manufacturing solutions. You will contribute to Omniverse applications, connectors, digital twins, AI, and custom automation. The work includes collaboration with internal stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain Omniverse extensions
• Use Python, C++, and USD in development work
• Test and troubleshoot extensions and connectors
• Track tasks, bugs, and milestones using Azure DevOps
• Participate in daily sprint sessions and team meetings

Requirements:

• Enrollment in a post-secondary co-op academic program
• Familiarity with Python and/or C++
• Knowledge of OpenUSD or NVIDIA Omniverse is advantageous
• Familiarity with DCC software, CAD, or spatial computing
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
