Your Responsibilities

• You'll design and develop software solutions for real-time systems and advanced analytics applications
• Architect and enhance highly available, scalable real-time data repositories
• Participate in the full Agile software development lifecycle, including design, coding, unit testing, debugging, integration, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members, provide technical leadership, and communicate project progress throughout development
• Take ownership of assigned work while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience developing real-time software systems
• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong proficiency in C++ software development
• Experience with development in Windows environment is a must
• Experience with socket programming is highly desirable
• Exposure to VoIP, SIP protocol, telephony, TCP/IP protocol or IBM RSARTE is considered an asset
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, a positive and independent work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English or French, bilingualism is an asset
