Counterpart Health is seeking a Software Developer, Engineering Productivity to join our globally distributed team. You will design and implement internal quality programs, build observability pipelines, and automate key quality metrics across the software delivery lifecycle.

You will work closely with Eng Core and other pods, leveraging GitHub, GCP, Sentry, Grafana, and incident.io to improve deployment velocity while reducing incidents.
