Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior (BBBH12264) Toronto, Canada

Software Developer – Full Stack Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications and data pipelines. Translate technical specifications into functional, secure, and scalable applications. Develop and integrate front-end interfaces, back-end services, databases, and APIs. Troubleshoot technical issues and support application deployment and migration. Collaborate with technical teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Mandatory Skills and Technologies

• Strong experience with Java, Core Java, Java EE/J2EE, Servlets, and Spring. Front-end development experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating front-end and back-end systems. Strong SQL and Oracle database skills. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), WebSphere Liberty or Open Liberty, and DevOps toolchains. Experience with enterprise web applications, application architecture, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of secure development practices and CI/CD. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills and Technologies

• Front End: Angular/AngularJS, React, TypeScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, UX/UI. Java Technologies: JSF, MyBatis, EJB, microservices, WebLogic, Tomcat. Databases and APIs: Oracle 19c+, SQL Server, SOAP, Swagger/OpenAPI, XML. Tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Eclipse, Maven, JUnit, ANT, Agile/Scrum. Additional: iText/PDF architecture, printing management systems, cryptography, application migration, AODA, and technical documentation.

Note: Candidates must be available to work on-site five days per week.
