Software Developer in Test

In this role you will own test automation and CI/CD development, partnering with the software team to raise quality and speed of delivery. You will build frameworks for microservices and perform component and system testing to ensure robust code. You’ll evolve testing suites and metrics to support continuous integration and faster releases. The role sits in an agile, cross-cultural environment focused on delivering value to customers, with exposure to bleeding-edge tech and a strong emphasis on process improvement and impact.

• Develop and implement test automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with development teams to improve quality and release processes
• Create frameworks for microservices, component, and system testing
• Evolve testing suites and metrics to support CI policies
• Identify bottlenecks in release processes to enable faster releases
• Plan and implement CI/CD changes in an agile environment
• Support cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers

• Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with microservices testing (component and system level)
• Ability to work in an agile team environment
• Knowledge of or exposure to AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes
