Essential skills include C#, T-SQL, ASP.Net, WCF and HTML5/CSS3 with at least 5 years' commercial experience. Desirables include ASP.MVC, Telerik Kendo UI or other JS frameworks and Mono/iOS/Android development. MS Certification, Crystal Reports, Agile methodologies are an advantage, as is any experience working in the order and warehouse management sectors.

Job Role

The suitable candidate will be a talented .Net developer with broad framework experience and excellent development skills. They will be a good communicator and able to capture and understand requirements, translating them from design to implementation. They will work closely with the software development director to improve the overall design and architecture of the company's products, and also provide mentoring to other team members.

This is a wide-ranging role with the opportunity to introduce new and exciting technologies across the product range. The successful candidate will initially focus on a project to build a fully electronic pick and pack system using mobile devices. Beyond that, they will be involved in developing the core web-based business application, fully featured e-commerce responsive websites, forms-based ePOS solutions, and more.
