Software Development Engineer

In this role you will contribute to the E3D product line, maintaining and enhancing desktop and cloud applications within cross‑functional scrum teams. You will drive quality through automated testing and refactoring while delivering features aligned to Product Owner requests. The position sits at AVEVA’s industrial software core, offering impact across engineering disciplines and modernisation initiatives. • Design, develop and implement functional features per Product Owner requests
• Analyse, investigate and debug issues reported internally and by customers
• Drive quality via automated testing, architectural refactoring and best practices
• Demonstrate sound workload decisions to ensure timely delivery

• Fortran, C#, C++, or PML (one or more)
• Awareness of industrial engineering and/or factory plant design
• GIT source control and automated build pipelines (Azure DevOps)
