Overview

In this role you will build production AI systems inside enterprise customer environments, owning delivery end-to-end from requirements to deployment. You’ll embed with a customer’s engineering team to design, implement, and run AI workstreams that blend agents with human practitioners. You work on agentic AI platforms, orchestration, and scalable infrastructure to drive measurable business outcomes. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on delivering real impact for Fortune 500 customers and accelerating AI adoption at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build, deploy, and run AI workstreams end-to-end within customer teams
  • Develop agentic AI systems and orchestration layers to coordinate agents and humans
  • Build platform infrastructure and shared services (datastores, connectors, agent lifecycle management)
  • Integrate with AWS Transform for enterprise modernization
  • Create customer-specific agents and integrations addressing unique environments
  • Ship production-grade code and own delivery across the full software lifecycle
  • Debug in production on-site with real users and iterate based on feedback
  • Mentor junior engineers and coach customer engineers on quality software delivery
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of non-internship software development experience
  • Experience with at least one programming language
  • Experience contributing to architecture and design of systems (reliability, scaling)
  • Experience with full software development lifecycle processes (coding standards, code reviews, source control, tests, operations)
  • Experience building or deploying AI/ML applications in production environments
  • Experience with agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, or foundation model integration
  • Experience in customer-facing or consulting-adjacent engineering roles
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers (preferred)
