In this role you will help turn a vision of automated, agentic AI-driven operational decision-making into production software for a global logistics network. You will build data pipelines, safe execution layers, and evaluation harnesses to ensure reliable, scalable decisions that reduce manual intervention. You’ll work on large-scale optimization to allocate capacity amid disruption, delivering tangible improvements in cost and reliability. This is a hands-on, ownership-focused opportunity to shape systems that impact millions of deliveries daily.
Responsibilities- Own the design and delivery of systems that matter and run them in production with reliability ownership
- Translate ambiguous requirements into clean designs, implement high-quality code, and maintain the system post-launch
- Raise engineering quality through code/design reviews, pragmatic trade-offs, and mentoring other engineers
- Take real ownership in tackling hard, high-impact problems in a space where outcomes are immediate
- Non-internship software development experience
- Experience with at least one modern language (Java, C++, or C#) and object-oriented design
- Familiarity with full software development lifecycle (coding standards, reviews, source control, build, test, operations)
