Software Development Engineer, Veeqo

As a Software Development Engineer at Veeqo, you will design and build the software that supports moving from acquisition to Amazon-scale operations. You will collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other tech teams to deliver scalable ecommerce inventory and fulfillment capabilities. The role challenges you to be creative and technically adept in a dynamic environment near Swansea, Wales. • design and build software to support growth and Amazon-scale operations
• work closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional tech teams
• build and maintain features for inventory, fulfillment, and channel/carrier integration
• contribute to the full software development lifecycle and ensure quality through standards, reviews, and testing

• professional, non-internship software development experience
• proficiency in at least one modern language (Java, C++, or C#) with object-oriented design
• experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, and operations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• experience contributing to architecture and design, including patterns, reliability, and scaling
