Overview

In this role you will contribute to the D&A Software Solutions team, delivering bespoke data-driven web applications for clients across industries. You will work within a fast-paced, high-velocity environment to design, develop and deploy scalable solutions using modern open source and cloud technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers, shaping how clients navigate complex challenges with technology. You will help evangelize best practices and drive innovation through AI-enabled tools and containerized deployments. This role offers a clear path to impact, growth, and visibility within a leading global advisory firm.

Responsibilities
  • Raise awareness of D&A Software Solutions capabilities in the EMEA region through networking and demonstrations
  • Design, develop and implement client-centric web applications
  • Lead software projects and collaborate daily with engineers, managers and stakeholders
  • Conduct peer code reviews and promote production updates
  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
  • Act as an evangelist to share knowledge internally and externally
  • Analyze, program, and test complex modules from design specifications
  • Learn existing applications and design new tools to improve processes
  • Identify data relationships and organize data sources for effective analysis

  • Willingness to travel to FTI offices and client sites
  • Highly motivated, eager to learn, and able to motivate others
  • Ability to regularly communicate status to clients and colleagues
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Several years of Web Application development
