Base pay range

CA$135,000.00/yr - CA$150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives.
  • Manage cross-functional, distributed teams and stakeholder expectations.
  • Oversee vendors, budgets, and program governance.
  • Ensure operational readiness and post-implementation success.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in program or project management for multi-million-dollar initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills.
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification preferred.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or technology programs is a plus.
