Overview

In this role you will lead a small team delivering a brand-new e-factoring platform and CRM for a fast-growing fintech client. You’ll bridge senior business stakeholders and technology to ensure high uptime and robust delivery on a greenfield project. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on contribution in a 60/40 balance, shaping architecture and development practices. Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to a small team of developers and testers
  • Act as a conduit between senior stakeholders and technology teams
  • Ensure high availability and uptime of a critical transactional platform
  • Drive the delivery of a greenfield e-factoring platform and CRM from scratch
  • Promote and implement Agile/Scrum practices
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and environment strategy on AWS
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and ensure quality releases
Key requirements
  • 5 years commercial Development Management experience in .NET
  • Practical hands-on knowledge of C#/ASP.NET, MVC, SQL/Oracle, JQuery, REST API
  • Experience with Angular 4+ advantageous
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, Jenkins and deployment of cloud environments
  • Sound database experience, preferably Oracle
  • Ability to work in a 60% coding and 40% management capacity
