Software Development Manager AI Integration

Lead AI integration for Autodesk in hybrid Toronto, guiding foundation models and agentic workflows with strong software development expertise. As Software Development Manager, you will lead engineers building AI capabilities for AEC products, including Forma and Revit. You will connect practitioner workflows with product bets, experiments, and quality-focused delivery. The team develops APIs, MCP tools, client-side features, server-side features, and feedback loops that improve foundation models. Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineers integrating models and workflows into AEC products Guide hypotheses, prototypes, evaluations, and real-user pilots Define agentic development norms, testing, and guardrails Track adoption, usability, ratings, edits, and confirmations Coach engineers through career and performance development Requirements:

Experience leading software teams that ship products Understanding of architects' and engineers' workflows Hands-on experience with AI and agentic development tools Technical fluency reviewing generated work, architecture, and APIs Experience partnering with ML or research teams Guide Autodesk engineers building reliable AI integrations through experimentation, practitioner insight, APIs, and agentic development.
