Software Development Manager FME Flow

Lead FME Flow development from Safe Software’s Surrey headquarters in a hybrid role focused on technical delivery and people leadership. Guide full-stack teams building enterprise data integration automations.

As Software Development Manager, Flow, you will oversee planning, execution, and delivery while collaborating with Product, UX, and technical stakeholders. You will coach developers, guide technical direction, support architecture discussions, and align business needs with implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead developers through coaching, feedback, and professional development
• Prioritize work with Product, UX, and technical stakeholders
• Oversee technical delivery and address project risks early
• Support architecture discussions and inclusive team decisions

Requirements:

• 7+ years software development experience
• 3+ years team leadership or management experience
• Understanding of Agile practices and software system design
• Experience with Java, TypeScript, C++, Python, or equivalent
• Ability to balance technical, team, and business priorities
