Responsibilities- Own delivery and quality of Prime Video Web Client experiences, balancing customer needs with business goals
- Lead and develop a team of software engineers, setting expectations and removing blockers
- Apply AI-driven approaches to testing and development workflows
- Monitor customer experience, software quality, and operational health, using data to preempt issues
- Collaborate with product, design, and platform engineering to plan and deliver the Web Client roadmap
- Knowledge of engineering practices across the full software lifecycle
- Experience in engineering and leading multi‑tier web services
- Experience working directly within engineering teams
- Experience managing engineers
- Experience designing or architecting systems for reliability and scaling
