WearelookingforindividualswhoenjoybuildingwithAIandwanttohelpdefineanewwayofproducingsoftwareratherthanboltanagentontotheexistingone.

Youwillhaveatrackrecordofshippingandmaintainingproduction-qualitysoftware,withthejudgementtoownawell-scopedsystemfromproposedapproachthroughimplementation,reviewandoperation.Thisisnotanentry-levelrole,thoughwecareaboutdemonstratedjudgementmorethanaparticularnumberofyears.PracticalexperiencebuildingwithAIagentsortool-usingLLMsystems,beyondasinglechat-completioncall.Professionalwork,opensource,research,formalstudyorsubstantialindependentprojectsallcount.

TherolewillbebasedinWestLondonandwillrequire3daysonsiteperweek.
