Within Retail Banking, Customer Propositions and Journeys, there are a number of transformation and optimisation activities throughout 2026 for which the supplier has been requested to support via provision of full stack software engineering capability Support full stack software engineering and reporting activities in alignment with the Banks standards and procedures. Assist in delivering full stack software solutions across retail banking customer propositions and journeys. Contribute to the reporting and analysis of data instances, locations, and formats to inform pricing optimisation efforts within BSM Pricing and Optimisation. Support the use and integration of common tools and applications for pricing optimisation, including Python, Snowflake, and microservices-based back-end systems. Participate in and assist with Scrum activities, including story elaboration and daily stand-up meetings. The transformation covers primarily mortgages, loans, deposits and cards. The optimisation journeys are currently covered across Retail, Finance and Data & Analytics. This particular ask will be to work within the retail division, covering the span of pricing optimisation, integrating models built into existing pricing decisioning engines. The retail optimisation team is ultimately responsible for assessing and advising on the business benefits of pricing optimizers and then conveying the actual results of the built models to the business. Key skills: - Software engineering. - Full stack development covering front-end and backend. - Front-end is built in React. - Back-end is built in Python. Other experience required: - Integration into AWS cloud environments. - Use of webhooks to allow multi-application communication. - Any exposure to Snowflake. - API's.
