We are headhunting for skilled Front End Developers who like working on complex, performant applications!

As part of the team, you could:

• Lead the development of modern front-end architecture, delivering highly responsive and interactive web interfaces that prioritise usability and performance.
• Take ownership of building new greenfield digital products from initial concept through to production release.
• Engineer complex, data-intensive web platforms and analytical tools capable of supporting exabytes worth of datasets and demanding workflows.
• Work cross-functionally with product leadership, design teams, and technical stakeholders to transform functional requirements into robust application features.
• Produce high-quality front-end code that emphasises reusability, stability, and long-term maintainability within a scalable application architecture.

We are looking for engineers who have:

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise developing production-grade applications using the React ecosystem.
• Prior exposure to trading or FinTech environments would be beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
• A natural curiosity and passion for technology, actively keeping up with new frameworks, tooling, and industry best practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
