Our client is a fast scaling boutique technical consultancy working exclusively in that space, with a strong leadership team and real delivery credibility. Theyre now hiring several Software Engineers across a range of stacks and seniorities who can contribute from day one.

Progression from there is yours to shape, whether thats management, architecture or staying deep on the technical side.

The Role

Youll be building and delivering software as part of capability development programmes across national security, policing and the wider public sector. The work moves at pace and the impact is tangible, whether thats designing resilient backend services, integrating complex data sources or building the tooling that analysts rely on to make critical decisions.

Technical Requirements

3+ years of commercial engineering experience. Theyre open across the stack, with strong backend or cloud experience the priority.

• Backend: Python, Java, C++, C# or Rust
• Cloud: AWS, Azure or Kubernetes
• Frontend: TypeScript or React (nice to have)
