Overview
As a Senior .NET Developer, you will design, build, and deliver production-ready software using modern .NET technologies. You will own features from design to release and contribute to architectural decisions to support long-term scalability and maintainability. You will mentor junior and mid-level engineers, perform code reviews, and collaborate with product teams to clarify requirements. You will support live systems and contribute to post-release improvements, working on a modern real-time client-server application. This role offers a hands-on, impact-oriented path in a small, growing engineering team with opportunities to shape architecture and engineering practices.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and deliver production-ready software using modern .NET technologies
- Take ownership of features from design through release and contribute to architectural decisions
- Review code, pair programming, and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Collaborate with product and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Support live systems and contribute to post-release improvements
- Strong commercial experience with C# and modern .NET (6+)
- Experience building modern UI or web-based applications (e.g., Blazor)
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server, relational design, and ORM (Entity Framework)
- Experience in cloud-hosted environments (Azure or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
- Experience mentoring junior or mid-level developers
