Software Engineer
Intellectual Capital Resources
In this role you will design, build, and maintain core components of a Rust-based AI framework focused on safety, accuracy, and compliance for regulated sectors. You’ll work within a high-assurance program to enable secure, auditable AI systems with memory-safe performance. You will integrate with foundation models, validate outputs, and ensure policy-compliant deployment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate regulatory requirements into production-grade software and tooling.
Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain core framework components using idiomatic Rust
- Develop secure execution environments, multi-model validation pipelines, and filtering systems to prevent data leakage and policy violations
- Leverage LLMs, AI agents, and coding copilots to write, test, and refactor code
- Architect systems that safely integrate with foundation models meeting compliance and governance
- Review AI-generated code for security, performance, and correctness; optimize CI/CD for AI-assisted workflows
- Translate compliance protocols into production-ready software
- Proven Rust experience with strong systems programming and secure coding practices
- High proficiency using LLMs/AI agents for development (e.g. Cursor, Copilot, autonomous coding agents)
- Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment challenges (security, regulatory risk, auditability)
- Strong debugging skills with focus on latency, safety, and scalability
- security-minded
- problem-solving
- attention to detail
