Software Engineer

In this role you will help build and evolve our next-generation Video Management Software, spanning cloud and on-premise deployments. You will work with a global, cross-functional team to design reliable, high-quality software that enables safer environments for customers. You’ll mentor peers, contribute to feature refinement, and drive continuous improvement in an agile setting. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented position at the Edinburgh hub with a strong focus on collaboration and innovation.

• Deliver high-quality software for cloud and on-premise VMS in an agile environment
• Collaborate with local and international colleagues and contribute to feature refinement

• Mentor and coach other engineers in the team
• Contribute to architectural decisions and innovative solutions

• Strong skills in at least one object-oriented language (C# or C++ preferred)
• Solid software engineering experience with test automation
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with AI tools in a software development context preferred
