Overview

In this role you will build and maintain web and backend solutions for enterprise clients, collaborating with a cross-functional Services team. You’ll work in a Scrum environment with fast, iterative sprints to deliver integrated products that leverage the Yext Knowledge Graph. You’ll bridge engineering, product, and design to ship clean, tested code and scalable data workflows. This is a hands-on position that offers exposure to modern front- and back-end tech and opportunities to influence best practices and tooling. Responsibilities
  • Build, modify and maintain web applications with React across browsers and platforms
  • Develop and maintain ETL jobs to organize data for the Yext Knowledge Graph
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices, compatibility issues and tradeoffs
  • Improve development tooling to boost quality, speed, and maintainability with modern tech
  • Bridge engineering and product while collaborating with Designers and Project Management
  • Write clean, tested, and well-structured code
Key requirements
  • BS or above in Computer Science, a related field, or similar college level education
  • Experience with frontend technologies: React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Ability to move between backend and frontend technologies
  • Openness to new technologies and creative solutions
