Overview
As a Software Engineer, you will build scalable Java and React web applications and drive AI integration with internal and third-party systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an AGILE environment to deliver high-quality features and maintain robust documentation. This role supports a people-focused, quality brand and offers remote UK working with an international company. You will shape enterprise solutions and impact business operations through AI-enabled capabilities.

- Develop enterprise-grade, scalable web applications
- Integrate AI with internal and third-party systems
- Enhance and support existing web functionality with new features and issue resolution
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and engineers in an AGILE setting
- Participate in all SDLC stages: analysis, design, implementation, testing and support
- Review feature requirements and maintain product knowledge documentation
- Maintain strong unit testing to ensure quality
- Bachelor level degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in software engineering roles
- Experience integrating AI
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Experience in core Java and React
- Experience with SQL databases
- Desirable: cloud technologies (Azure and AWS), JSPs, GIT, JIRA, WCAG accessibility
