Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer in the Decision Systems team, you will shape core detection and scoring capabilities within our Decision Intelligence platform. You’ll collaborate with product and delivery teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, enabling clients to identify risks and make smarter decisions. You’ll work across the stack, focusing on tooling, performance, and scalable data processing to support large datasets. This role blends coding with stakeholder collaboration in a fast-growing scale-up that values autonomy and continuous improvement.

• Build tooling to configure detection logic effectively
• Enhance Scores to apply across more scenarios

• Commercial Scala experience or Functional Programming with Java
• Experience across the full engineering life cycle (design, implementation, testing, deployment)
• Ability to solve problems at a system level with a big-picture view
