As a Senior Software Engineer in the AXM team, you will design, develop, and maintain software that controls Nordson Dage tools. You’ll tackle complex hardware–software interactions in a collaborative environment, delivering robust and measurable improvements in usability and capability. You will work closely with cross-functional engineers and contribute to documentation, review cycles, and transfer to manufacturing. Your work will directly impact how products meet high-precision inspection goals, with a strong focus on automation and reliability.

- Develop and maintain machine control software for Nordson Dage tools

- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in C# development in a multi-threaded environment
- Experience building UI and underlying business‑logic layers
- Core C# .NET technology for GUI development
- Experience with XAML and MVVM, XML and XSLT
- Experience with Entity Framework Core and SQL
- Experience with mocking frameworks (e.g., Moq
- Good understanding of software development using TDD
- Strong numerical skills
- Experience designing/developing software architectures
- Experience with control software for hardware systems and/or building simulators
- Desirable: Understanding of X-Ray inspection and materials testing
- Desirable: C++ development in a multi-threaded environment
