Overview

As a Software Engineer at Edenred PayTech, you contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of platform features in a fast-growing fintech environment. You collaborate with engineers to meet quality and performance targets while following best development practices. You help maintain and improve our multi-tenant payments platform and adapt to evolving business needs. You will work in a collaborative, learning-focused culture that values innovation and visible impact across a global footprint.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in design, development, and testing of platform features following Edenred PayTech standards
  • Collaborate with peers and senior engineers to meet quality and performance benchmarks
  • Support knowledge sharing via documentation and teamwork for maintainability
  • Follow development processes and contribute to continuous improvement of platform and practices
  • Deliver projects on time and to specification
Key requirements
  • Java 8+ and SQL experience
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture
  • RESTful API development and object-oriented design
  • Basic understanding of TDD, Agile, and DevOps culture
  • Frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Collaborative team player
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated problem solver
  • Java 8+
